Innere Sicherheit als geteilte Verantwortung

Internal domestic security: a responsibility shared by local authorities and police forces. This publication focuses on the municipalisation of police work in relation to internal security. This development clashes with the simultaneous trend towards zero tolerance policies and the technical upgrading of police forces. It is obvious that interdisciplinary concepts are needed in this respect, which concentrate on cooperation between police forces, local officials and citizens.
