Innovationen in der Tagespflege

This work analyzes day care as a much-discussed field of development in the field of long-term care with regard to its innovative potential aiming to realize participation, self-determination and independence of aging people requiring care. Based on an index for innovation, suggestions are given for the realization of social innovation in the everyday life of day care, which is to be seen as part of a larger social space. Emphasis is placed on artistic and digital methods, architecture and design. The work aims to contribute to changing perspectives, ways of thinking, and social practices.
