IT-gestütztes Controlling für Klein- und Mittelbetriebe

In a globalised VUCA world, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) face challenges comparable to those of large companies. They need powerful management support, but there is a lack of controlling concepts tailored to SMEs. This work shows the success factors in and obstacles to holistic and balanced controlling in SMEs in terms of content-related controlling, organisational structure, processes and IT support. In doing so, it presents many generally and industry-oriented useful design recommendations for the realisation of controlling systems when faced with limited resources.
