Kant – eine bleibende Herausforderung für das Christentum?

Kant's challenge to Christianity and the churches is still extremely relevant: his questions and problematizations of the "proofs of God", the "divine sonship of Jesus" and his "vicarious atoning death", the "grace" theme and the relationship "theonomy versus autonomy" are still largely unanswered from a theological and, above all, ecclesiastical perspective. Kant's 300th birthday would probably be a fitting occasion to address these deficits in an appropriate manner. Philosophers, theologians and also important church officials were therefore invited to comment on the topics mentioned - but unfortunately this invitation was answered with numerous rejections and specious excuses on the part of the church and theologians...
