The importance of antitrust compliance for companies remains unbroken, especially in light of the potentially serious sanctions for antitrust violations. Nevertheless, the question arises in practice as to how the specific challenges of antitrust law can be addressed within the framework of the established principles of compliance management systems. Based on the compliance obligations of the management and the specific antitrust risks, this paper therefore identifies requirements for antitrust compliance risk management as well as possible solutions for its practical implementation.
