The european competition law is in need of a clarification. Non-economic goals have to affect the European competition law, especially Art. 101(3) TFEU. The best way to influence the European competition law is to charge Art. 101(3) TFEU with non-economic goals. The German Presse-Grosso-System even violates competition law if the special impacts of the liberty of press on competition law are considered.
