KI in der Sozialwirtschaft

This anthology provides an introduction to the topic of artificial intelligence (AI) and gives an up-to-date overview of how this technology can be used in social organizations. The major fields of work such as care, disability and youth welfare are examined as well as the topics of documentation and counseling. Business AI applications in the areas of human resources and accounting are also covered. Articles on AI and robotics as well as ethical and data protection issues round off the volume.
