Klimastrafrecht

The question of whether the behaviour-controlling potential of criminal law can also play a role in combating climate change has hardly been discussed so far. Based on the interplay of prohibition and sanction norms, a holistic approach is provided in this regard, which unites the most diverse perspectives from the broad spectrum of the entire criminal law sciences and thus offers the basis for further academic exchange on a "climate criminal law".
