Konfliktmanagement im Betrieblichen Eingliederungsmanagement

Unresolved illness-related conflicts often stand in the way of the return-to-work process.
This thesis examines how the incorporation of conflict management measures into the BEM can effectively support the legislative aim of a sustainable return-to-work process for people with long-term illnesses. It examines in detail the hitherto largely overlooked interface between the BEM and organisational conflict management from various perspectives, supplementing this with the author’s own empirical research. On this basis, the author develops practical solutions for optimising the BEM at both the normative and organisational levels.
