Konfliktmanagement in der Bundeswehr

This is partly due to the specific framework conditions of an army, but also to the historically grown self-image of the troops with their traditions and elites. Conflict management in the Bundeswehr is characterised by a tendency towards isolation from the outside world, a military language that is not very empathetic, pronounced power imbalances and massive overregulation through decrees and service regulations. Unlike companies in the economy, the Bundeswehr does not currently have a conflict management system. In his work, the author designs such a system and shows ways for its introduction and necessary reforms.
