Konkurrenzen und Solidaritäten

The contributions in this anthology deal with current changes in organisations and inter-firm networks, focusing especially on competition and solidarity. New demands on workers are at the centre of the contributions.
Anton Kobel, to whom this volume is dedicated, has based his practice on an expanded concept of competition and solidarity that has inspired scholars and practitioners alike. Therefore, the contributions analyse changes in the world of work and the responses to them by interest representation groups in workplaces and firms, along value chains as well as on a European and global level.
