More than ever „Europeanized Supervisory and Regulatory Processes” are confronted with varied challenges. The anthology assembles contributions, covering Europeanized supervisory and regulatory structures under the aspects of continuity and change of the last years as well as an outlook. Caused by the multipolarity of the subject matter selected issues will be discussed interdisciplinary (legally vs economically) by focusing upon the selected reference areas of Energy, Telecommunication and Finance Markets. Questions, concerning in particular the different views of the involved political levels (national vs supranational); the role and (legal)relationship of the actors who are involved in the supervisory and regulatory processes (governmental vs private) and the multi level governance, will be analyzed in-depth regarding sector-specific as well as more general aspects.
