This anthology seeks to analyse artist development and artist management. The aim of the book is to illuminate some of the many facets of music business activities that lie directly at the intersection of the music industry and the arts. In keeping with the tradition of the series, the special feature of the compilation is the practical relevance of the individual topics. The topics are divided into the sections "Fundamentals for understanding the practical field of artist development and management", "The field of interaction between artists and managers" and "Artist development and artist management as a practical task".
