Künstliche Intelligenz im Lichte der Theologien

Artificial intelligence raises questions that extend far beyond technology. It challenges theology to reconsider fundamental concepts: What distinguishes humans from machines? What do rationality, freedom and responsibility mean in the age of learning systems? How do AI, large language models and transhumanist visions affect religious practice, eschatology and our understanding of the human being? Based on an interreligious conference at the University of Münster, this volume brings together various theological and philosophical approaches to religion. The result is a fundamental examination of the religious and anthropological questions arising from the development of artificial intelligence.
