These proposed new legal acts, which may lead to a far-reaching reshaping of liability law at European and national level, were discussed at the colloquium as the first expert event on this subject

»Es ist das fast unvermeidbare Schicksal von Tagungsbänden, dass sie oft nur für den Tag geschrieben sind; ihre Flüchtigkeit unterscheidet sich dann kaum von einer Handvoll Sand, die gegen den Wind geworfen wird. Lesenswert sind alle Beiträge - ohne Abstriche. Das Fazit ist schnell geschrieben: Es gibt gegenwärtig auf dem sprudelnden Markt an Publikationen über Rechtsfragen der KI keinen Leitfaden zu Haftungsfragen, der kundigere und kompetentere Autoren vereint.
