The conference proceedings combine political, media and legal science findings on platform regulation. The challenges and fundamentals of regulating digital platforms from the perspective of new technologies are particularly emphasised. The political power of so-called gatekeepers, their control by the law and their impact on fundamental rights are analysed by experts. In addition, the volume presents future scenarios for platform regulation and digital constitutional law.
