Macht und Ohnmacht im Arbeitsrecht

The 13th Young Labour Law Scholars Conference took place from 25 to 27 July 2024 at Heidelberg University under the general topic ‘Power and Powerlessness in Labour Law’. The conference was organised by Philipp Keller, Hannah Michels and Johannes Tegel. In addition to the keynote speech by Dr. Rüdiger Linck, Vice President of the Federal Labour Court, the conference proceedings document the speeches of the young academics. Questions of power play a role in all areas of labour law. The contributions shed light on these issues from different perspectives: The peculiarities of ecclesiastical labour law and the limits of the right to industrial action law are addressed, as are constitutional and socio-legal issues.
