The question of women's human rights worldwide represents a critical key point in the discourse on gender and culture, which is addressed in this book from an ethical perspective. This interdisciplinary and culturally sensitive study systematically explores the topic of women's human rights from a global perspective, analysing gender-specific aspects of human rights violations and discussing philosophical, socio-theoretical and socio-ethical perspectives. The structural and symbolic realisation of gender justice is presented in this study as an approach to sustainably protecting women's human rights.
