Mentalisierung in Supervision und Coaching

Conflicting work relationships can have a physically and psychologically damaging effect, even leading to incapacity for work. Coaching and counselling can bring about positive changes in the relationship. This book provides a theoretically justifiable framework for action that can be anticipated and practically applied in supervision and coaching. To this end, the author evaluates theoretical developments and practical concepts that have been developed over the last hundred years. He transfers the principles of mentalisation-oriented psychodrama from therapeutic work to counselling formats and operationalises them. The result is a mentalisation-based guideline of psychodramatic processes for the counselling formats of supervision and coaching.
