Migration durch Verpackungsmaterialien - Risiken und ihre Bewältigung

From packaging materials migrating substances can influence food quality. Therefore, the legislator has the safety of packaging on the agenda. Under the title "Migration from packaging - risks and their management" experts discussed on the 7th Marburg Symposium on Food Law in November 2013 all aspects of this issue: Designated expert speakers addressed the state of scientific risk assessment and the technical possibilities of risk minimization as well as the civil and criminal liability under the risk. Practical risk management strategies for companies, including certificates of conformity as a means of risk transfer and insurance solutions were discussed. The conference proceedings contain the presentations and discussions of the event.
