School leaders face the challenge of successfully integrating migrant trainees into nursing education. Mehtap Harsdorf shows how targeted leadership actions can effectively support educational success and social integration. Through qualitative interviews with school leaders involved in generalist nursing programmes, she identifies measures that can facilitate integration and highlights potential obstacles. Her findings present concrete, tried-and-tested solutions aimed at school leaders, educators, and decision-makers in nursing education.
