Mittäterschaftliche Zurechnung in dezentral organisierten Kleinzellen

The dissertation explores the legal criteria for convicting individuals operating behind the scenes of a series of crimes as co-perpetrators. It focuses particularly on small, autonomous cells of right-wing terrorism, following the principles of so-called "leaderless resistance", a concept widely studied, especially in the transatlantic context. The work examines two historical German cases, including an unpublished 1982 judgment. The findings emphasize the importance of interdisciplinary approaches and the applicability of the legal conclusions to other forms of extremism-driven group criminality.
