Multiprofessionelle Teamarbeit in der Kirche

How do teams function when professionals from various fields are equally involved in a parish or region? What principles guide the organisation of their work, and what does this look like in practice? This empirical study explores these questions within three regional churches. It provides an analysis of both successful collaborations and conflictual situations.
Through case reconstructions, the study highlights factors that are crucial to team dynamics, processes and structures of multi-professional collaboration. It discusses the logic of action of key players, the interaction between full-time and volunteer work, the importance of professional profiles, and the potential for innovation for the church.
