Nachhaltigkeit im Sozialrecht

This conference proceedings volume brings together the written versions of the presentations from the Third Young Scholars’ Conference on Social Law, which took place in Berlin at the end of March 2026. Young scholars and practitioners discussed the overarching theme of sustainability in social law, including topics such as cost-effectiveness in the statutory health insurance system and old-age security. The contributions address current challenges as well as fundamental questions, bridge the gap between theory and practice, and encourage interdisciplinary exchange.
