Nachhaltigkeitsrecht im Konflikt

Description
The third volume of the research network Junges Nachhaltigkeitsrecht focuses on the various conflicts within and in relation to sustainability law. The contributions identify and analyse conflicts that arise, on the one hand, from interests that oppose sustainability and, on the other hand, from the contradiction within the various objectives of sustainability. The wide range of topics, from international law to European Union law, corporate law, civil law, criminal law and constitutional law to legal theory and history, underlines the need for intradisciplinary dialogue to solve sustainability-related challenges.
