The new era of cross-sectoral, specific European sustainability regulation has significantly expanded the catalogue of obligations in the financial services sector. This book examines the extended disclosure requirements in this context and the various legal issues arising from them. Financial services institutions play an important role worldwide as multipliers in mobilising private capital for climate finance. Given the global nature of the issue, a comparative legal analysis of the relevant obligations in the Asia-Pacific financial centre of Singapore is undertaken.
