Neue Arbeitsmodelle: Belastung oder Entlastung?

The world of work underwent revolutionary changes during the Covid pandemic. Positive experiences with working from home paved the way for the flexibilization of work and the establishment of new forms of remote and hybrid work.
Using the example of Bosch Sensortec GmbH, the author examines the stress experiences of employees in the area of conflict between virtual work at geographically dispersed lo-cations and presence work in a hybrid environment. Stressors caused by remote and hybrid work overlap with the general stress situation caused by the VUCA world and have a chal-lenging effect on the work-life balance. Recommendations for action, which can positively influence the individual experience of stress in dealing with the examined forms of work, round off the analysis.
