The book contains an evaluation of the so-called „Optionsmodell“ of the German Federal Land of Baden-Württemberg, that implements the Point of Single Contact (PSC). The evaluation starts with a legal investigation of the chosen model. Organizational und technical basic conditions are also taken into account. A detailed empirical analysis of chosen structures and already conducted procedures follows. These analyses are completed not only by perceptions made by administrative practitioners and relevant service providers but also by comparisons with PSC-models of other Federal Lands. Thus, advantages and disad-vantages of the model and possibilities to optimize it can be figured out in step with actual practice.
