Nonprofit-Organisationen im Wandel

What design options and courses of action do non-profit organisations (NPOs) have in times of upheaval? How can adaptation succeed in the face of megatrends such as digitalisation and AI, demographic and climate change under conditions of staff and funding shortages? This conference volume brings together 25 contributions on four thematic focal points: Challenges of Social Change for NPOs, Management in Transition, Volunteering and Engagement, and Co-operatives, Associations and Foundations in Transition. The contributions reflect current scientific findings from an interdisciplinary perspective and provide practical suggestions for transformation processes in NPO practice.
