The external liability of a corporate body in fair trading and intellectual property law has gained special attention due to the jurisprudence of the highest courts. However, the prerequisites of an external liability of a corporate body are not uniform within the civil divisions of the Federal Court of Justice. In this thesis, the author examines the prerequisites of an external liability of a corporate body and develops a uniform liability system for the external liability of a corporate body in fair trading and intellectual property law.
