Organisationale Resilienz im System der Eingliederungshilfe

This book offers guidance on how organisations can act in times of uncertainty and crisis, overcome challenges, and strengthen their resilience. Based on a theoretical analysis and a mixed-methods approach involving expert interviews and a quantitative survey, the author identifies and systematises the key factors of organisational resilience within the context of integration assistance in North Rhine-Westphalia. The findings demonstrate the crucial importance of organisational capabilities, supportive structures, and a culture that fosters resilience. Based on these findings, the author derives practical implications for the strategic management of integration assistance providers.
