Personality development and recognition processes are reciprocal and crucial in the sphere of professionalism. All three terms are essential in understanding and shaping transformation processes in contemporary society and the Church. This book aims to contribute to a deeper understanding of these terms by examining their reciprocal relationship from a philosophical, pedagogical, theological or psychological perspective. Looking at transformation and change in the triad of personality development—recognition—professionalism offers innovative impetus for reflection. Further considerations can be made in connection with concepts such as resilience, narrativity, an event or trust.
