Jahrbuch Junge Zivilrechtswissenschaft
Description
The conference volume records the proceedings of the 27th Annual Conference of the “Gesellschaft Junger Zivilrechtswissenschaftler e.V.”, the association of young legal scholars from Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Liechtenstein with a research interest in private law. The general theme of the conference was “Europeanisation of private law scholarship”. The articles deal with a broad range of challenges that scholars of European private law must face up to in the 21st century, form an increasing harmonization of member states’ private law to the outright codification of private law at the level of the EU.
