Politik als rechtlich geordneter Prozess

This volume combines connected works by Martin Morlok which shed light on the legal structures of politics from different perspectives. The work begins with contributions which provide a framework for further investigations of individual problems, unfolding the principles of collective autonomy, looking behind the scenes of state organization law and designing a programme for further theoretical investigation. These are followed by contribution on the law of political parties which unfold the foundations of a dogmatic of political party law by means of concrete question. Finally, topics of parliament law and the issue of party bans are discussed. The anthology therefore not only provides practical answers to individual problems, but, by combining all these, also designs a theory of the law of political process, thus addressing scholars as well as practitioners.
