Politischer Liberalismus und wohlgeordnete Gesellschaften

John Rawls has significantly influenced the Political Philosophy of the last decades with his writings on “A Theory of Justice”, his justification of the “Political Liberalism” and finally his concept of “The Law of Peoples”. The articles in this volume are about the implications of Rawls’ constitutional democracy as well as the institutions of the welfare state and the Supreme Court. Beside his heavily discussed normative theory of International Relations, reference is also made to the political thoughts of Aristotle, Hegel and Marx. The editor teaches Modern Political Theory at the Institute of Political Science and Sociology at the University of Würzburg.
