Privatheit verstanden als Abgrenzung

Although views on what privacy ‘actually’ is vary widely, common ground can be found between them. This book argues that even a common conceptual understanding is possible, based on an analysis of existing expressions of privacy. To this end, the current state of research is systematised and analysed for common denominators – the result is a concept of privacy that focuses on demarcation: and thus unites the most diverse concepts of privacy, from data protection to private spheres to personal decisions, in one term.
