Probleme der Streitkultur in Demokratie und Wissenschaft

In democracy and in science, we need open discourse with dissenters. Surveys show, however, that a part of the population no longer feels free to express its political opinion. Some even speak of a dictatorship of opinion. But a disturbed culture of discussion is not a dictatorship. The discussants create their own communication problems.
