Qualitätsentwicklung in der Offenen Kinder- und Jugendarbeit

This book offers professionals in local youth work fresh insights into the development of quality in open child and youth work (OCYW). Through qualitative content analysis, the author compares the recommendations of various state youth welfare offices. The author demonstrates that these offices prioritise different quality criteria, processes, and management arrangements. The key finding is that, for local practice, it is worthwhile to look beyond the boundaries of one’s own federal state.
