Recht für soziale Berufe 2023/24

For members of social professions (e.g. social work, childhood education, nursing), law is an indispensable tool. In this anthology, renowned authors deal with current topics from child and youth welfare, family law, emergency housing assistance, juvenile criminal law, mediation, biography work and much more. In doing so, they address current issues that include the refugee status of conscientious objectors and deserters as well as parent–child alienation and Housing First.
