Rechtsdurchsetzung, Implementationsdefizite und Rechtsverwirklichung in der Kinder- und Jugendhilfe

The "Forum Kinder- und Jugendhilfe" (Forum on Child and Youth Welfare), founded in 2018 by the editors of this volume, has set itself the goal of illuminating current issues and problems of children's rights as well as child and youth welfare law from an interdisciplinary perspective, namely from a legal, sociological and (socio-)educational perspective, and to discuss them with a broad professional audience.
The second forum on child and youth welfare law dealt with practical questions of law enforcement in child and youth welfare. In addition to the new regulations in the reformed SGB VIII, the contributions also address the perspectives of international law, family law and practice, among others.
