This book examines perspectives of integrating Law & Economics in legal methodology. This is done by focusing on three different topics: the rule of law, fixed-term employment contracts in sports and expulsion clauses in articles of association. It is shown that Law & Economics can contribute to strengthening the rule of law if applied thoughtfully. By applying Law & Economics the book further argues that fixed-term employment contracts with sport professionals as well as expulsion clauses in articles of association are valid.
