Lawmakers installed a complex procedure to limit the expenses on drugs by health care: The so called AMNOG act from 2011. The installed procedure is heavely discussed and faces serveral legal issues. It contains remarks to all steps which the AMNOG procedure provides. It also systemizes the problems and appriciates the data collected in the past five years.
