Rechtsschutz im chinesischen und deutschen Vergaberecht

The author addresses to the topic of legal protection, which plays a key role in the development of the public procurement law worldwide. His book could be of great interest not only to entrepreneurs but also to politicians who deal with issues of public procurement law. This is because, on the one hand, the Chinese market provides German companies with tremendous commercial opportunities, and on the other hand, Chinese companies have acted as tenderers in the German public procurement procedures for some time. Furthermore, requirements for the reform of the Chinese legal protection system in the field of public procurement are identified and reform proposals are specified. They are pragmatically oriented and are designed to be taken into account by the Chinese legislator.
