Reframing Transnational Law through the SDGs

How can politically non-binding United Nations goals shape legal development and standard-setting worldwide? Taking the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) as its starting point, this book shows how their guiding principles move beyond classical international law and become embedded in transnational regulatory structures.
