The importance of the religious-ideological neutrality (impartiality) of the state, a fundamental pillar of religious constitutional law, is surprisingly still very controversial and is often disregarded. This volume reduces the concept of neutrality to legal equality and non-identification, calling for strict adherence to the prohibition of even minor one-sided religious and ideological influence. The author discusses the relationship between divisive and cooperative aspects of constitutional law as well as numerous individual questions.
