Description
Religious freedom causes legal problems at all times. In the present multireligious society, legal aspects are mainly solved by using concepts from the past. This work tries to emphasise that a rethinking is necessary. This implies that the courts deciding on religious problems construe the legal restrictions on religious freedom differently than before. The constitution offers a coherent guideline, which is currently not used due to the misguided jurisdiction by the Federal Constitutional Court.
