Schulkommunikation

This book shows how schools can strategically shape communication among school leaders, teachers, parents and guardians, and other members of the school community to strengthen identity, trust, and collaboration. Drawing on current studies, it presents key areas of tension and dimensions of school communication — from recruitment and leadership communication to communication with parents and guardians. Particular attention is given to the diverse challenges parents face in today’s educational context. Practice-oriented fields of action, case examples, and expert interviews support school leaders, teachers, and education professionals in professionalizing their communication practices.
