Description
This work examines the potential of securitising cash flows from licensing agreements between innovative corporations in the capital market for the purpose of financing.
It analyses the legal features of such agreements as securitisation assets on the basis of marketable securitisa-tion structures. It focuses principally on the modelling of each respective securitisation structure in terms of legal requirements, the selection and evaluation of suitable licence claims, the insolvency remoteness of the licence and the supervisory requirements of securitisation processes. The analysis is rounded off by empirical research based on interviews with experts.
