Description
In the transition from the ‘Become who you are’ to the ‘Be who you become’, the author develops a poetic phenomenology based on Kierkegaard, Nietzsche, and Heidegger. The term ‘poetic phenomenology’ is used here to describe a culture of description that is capable of transforming the pathos and logos of phenomena into a poetic imago, so that the ‘things themselves’ reveal themselves from themselves and thus call the reader to an existential response of self-becoming. All the phenomena discussed in the thinking of Kierkegaard, Nietzsche and Heidegger are read from the perspective of the maxim ‘Be who you become’, whose ontology gives priority to becoming over being. The author is both a philosopher and a poet.
