How can sexism prevention be successfully implemented in management development? Drawing on qualitative expert interviews, the author shows how targeted interventions can raise awareness among managers and help organisations become more inclusive. It focuses on structural barriers, necessary behavioural changes and the role of leadership in navigating value conflicts, diversity and changing expectations. The findings are aimed at executives, HR professionals and organisations seeking to create a more equitable leadership culture.
